This was my first cruise, I must say that I was not prepared for the amount of luxury and variety aboard the Queen Mary 2. The service was first class, the staff and fellow passengers are incredibly well mannered as they understand the meaning of civility and how it can add to your experience. after cruising with cunard before on many occations we booked a cruise to oslo via hamburg.first leg of the trip was ok,then after leaving hamburg the ship and ships company suddenly seemed to have turned into a german cruise ship.the english on board were treated as secondary passengers,whilst the arrogant,rude,pushy,germans were treated outstandingly well.first to be served,ect ect perhaps the.... We are regular cruisers and our previous cruises on all ships, particularly Royal Carribean have been outstanding. We had booked this Cunard cruise from New York because of the itinerary, their reputation and our highlight- to sail pass the Statue of Liberty.
