after cruising with cunard before on many occations we booked a cruise to oslo via hamburg.first leg of the trip was ok,then after leaving hamburg the ship and ships company suddenly seemed to have turned into a german cruise ship.the english on board were treated as secondary passengers,whilst the arrogant,rude,pushy,germans were treated outstandingly well.first to be served,ect ect perhaps the lifts ,resturants,ect should of been seperatly signposted one for the germans and the other for us second rated brits.it has left us without a choice but not to travel with a once traditional british ship,but to chose an alternative company.
